rupees + 18% GST.

Yes, As the competion is higher in cloud kitchen space, The
marketing (zomato / swiggy) is important to get the visibility of the
restaurant.

7. How the Franchise operates?

This is a FOCO Model franchise kitchen i.e. Franchise Owned Company
Operated. From setting up the kitchen to hiring of the staff and buying
equipment’s, everything is done by the company.
Company also manages the monthly expenses of the kitchen i.e. paying
rentals, paying salaries, and all other expenses.

8. What is the profit margin for the franchise?

The franchise gets 19% of the GROSS SALES of the business done by the
Brand taken by the franchise.

9. What are the monthly expenses of the Franchise?

There are NO MONTHLY EXPENSES.

10. What is the term period of the agreement of Franchise?

The term period of franchise is of 3 years. The franchise can be
renewed for the next 3 years after paying 30% of the franchise fee
