For area increasing more than 250 sqft, cost of 1800 /sqft will be applied.
Complete site handover will take 30-45 days from the date of of key handover.
Above mentioned costs does not include any other extra civil work like any kind of demolition or site renovation, stairs ,
office construction, toilets , AHU units, scrubber etc.
Signage is considered as standard size of up to 30 sqft.
In caffe model up to 300 sqft. 1 AC -split will be installed.
