Franchise Model
ELBEX Couriers provide its channel partners to operate in a designated territory by associating either as Master Franchisee, Super Franchisee or as a Unit Franchisee. The priority of appointing Channel partners is by addressing three vital factors of Operational feasibility, economic viability and realising shorter transit time.

ELBEX Franchisees are composite business unit of the organisation that operates in specific geographical area. Each of our branch office generates revenue by building a customer base and compliments other branches by effecting timely deliveries of inbound consignments. The core activities of branch operations at franchisee level are as two parts: Pick-ups & Deliveries and each of these activities were attended upon as a sequence of processes.
Pick-up:
Collect-Sort- Manifest- Bag packing- Dispatch Loads – Update Software
Deliveries:
Receive loads- Debag- Sort- Prepare DRS- Deliver – Update software
Deliveries are usually made in the morning, while pick-ups are consolidated in later part of the day. The task of forwarding the consignments across the country and worldwide to branch units lays with Regional Hubs- the network offices operated by ELBEX. The Regional Hubs operate out of State capitals or the region’s prominent city. The designing of the network is based on the ‘Hub and Spoke’ principle, where the total movement of loads is controlled and tracked from just one central point called the hub and the branch units radiating like spokes of a wheel. Thus the appointment of our channel partners is by addressing three vital factors of Operational feasibility, economic viability and desired transit time.

ELBEX Couriers handholds its Franchisees during their initial years with marketing & operational guidance. Scheduled training sessions and on-the job learning are part of the Franchisee development activity and ELBEX expects its franchisee to grow along this phase, which is also referred as Lock -in period of the refundable investment. Lock-in period varies from 2 to 5 years depending upon the chosen Franchisee option.
ELBEX has developed an user friendly web based, advanced Track and Trace app e-TABS for Tracking, Reporting and Billing that also provides seamless updates on consignment movements.
Franchisees at ELBEX Couriers make an average yield of Rs 500 per shipment by including all service products and can be easily benchmarked with industry figures.
An average profit margin of 20 to 25% from the gross sales can be achieved by including all service products.
