Training Program

Understanding that continual training is prime to this business, Naturals Training Academy in Chennai has been established that offers multiple Diploma courses to upgrade the skills of our technicians. Franchisee training is provided in the Head Office or the Regional Office. During the training, detailed operating manuals for franchisees are issued. Business Development team and New Salon team from the Head Office offers assistance to the franchisee in opening the franchise through the process of identification of property, site development, manpower recruitment and training. In addition, support through field visits by Area Managers and Trainers to the salon are provided. Point of Sale software named LA-Salon and with a MIS system will be included in the franchise.
